Schumacher Homes prefers to begin the design-build process with clients before any architectural plans are drawn. Michael likes to meet with clients so everyone involved can have realistic construction goals based on both design features and budgetary constraints – he is involved from start to finish, overseeing subcontractors and inspecting their work.
